Giants League Team Application

Please fill out the League Application Form prior to booking a trial. The Little GIants Volleyball Club is following all COVID-19 policies, in accordance to Government and Health regulations. Details can be found futher on this page. All participants must read and comply with the terms and conditions before booking sessions.

All information on this form must be filled out ahead of signing up for a trial. We will will be in touch once your application is received.  The application form is only for new participants. Last year’s team members, please contact us as these trials are only for new members and it’s one off free trial for each person (e.g. you only need to trial once, please do not sign up for multiple positions).
